Leading with Empathy

The workshop is a roadmap for all of us to lead with empathy, build trust, and take action as allies for each other. Based on Melinda Briana Epler's popular TED talk and book, How to Be an Ally, this session provides actionable steps everyone can take to be a better teammate and build a sense of personal responsibility to create inclusion.
